How ProductsVerdict Support works
ProductsVerdict is an independent product research and comparison platform. Our research team publishes reviews, comparisons, buying guides, calculators, and rankings across AI tools, business software, web hosting, VPNs, finance products, and digital services. The Support hub helps readers, vendors, journalists, and partners reach the right place quickly.
Reader help
If you have a question about a review, a score, a price, an affiliate disclosure, or how we chose a winner, start with our Help Center. It answers the most common reader questions and links to deeper documentation. Reporting an error
We aim to publish accurate, up-to-date information. If you spot a factual issue — wrong pricing, an out-of-date feature, an incorrect comparison claim — use our Corrections page. We acknowledge reports within two business days and publish a visible correction note on the affected article.
Requesting a new review
Want us to evaluate a specific product, category, or head-to-head matchup? Submit it through the Request a Review page. We prioritize requests based on reader demand and category fit. Vendors and product makers can also submit their product through the launch submission flow.

Response times
The ProductsVerdict Research Team monitors support requests Monday through Friday. Most reader questions and corrections receive a response within two business days. Complex editorial reviews or technical investigations may take longer; we will acknowledge receipt and share a timeline.
