Download minutes refresh monthly and unused minutes roll over. Annual prices did not render when we toggled to them, though the page says annual saves up to 47%, and the free plan's voice-slot count conflicts between its card (0) and its FAQ (1). We could not confirm commercial-use rights or export formats. Kits' terms say its voice models transform your own voice or a third-party voice you have been given the authority to use, and that it takes a licence to use files you provide to improve its services.
2. ElevenLabs: credits across speech, voice and music
ElevenLabs is a general voice platform, not a singing tool. Its pricing page lists Free (10,000 credits a month, with music for personal use only), Starter at a $6 a month list price (30,000 credits, a commercial licence and instant voice cloning, with a promotional first month shown), Creator at $22 (121,000 credits and professional voice cloning), Pro at $99, Scale at $299 and Business at $990 a month. Yearly billing is shown at lower per-month equivalents. Music allowances rise by plan, from 11 minutes a month on Free to 33 on Starter and 134 on Creator, and Starter music is labelled commercial but not for streaming. We could not tell from the page whether a cloned voice can sing in its music feature. Its prohibited-use policy, last updated August 17, 2026, bars replicating another person's voice without consent or legal right.
